２００５年にReikiに出会ってから１８年、靈氣療法が天職となり、毎日の施術、毎月のクラス開催が、私のカナダでの人生でした。
２０１３年には、世界で１３人のうちの一人の、直傳靈氣大師範となり、師範格認定資格者の資格を拝受しました。ますます充実した毎日を過ごさせて頂きました。

そして今、２０２３年６月には、２３年住み慣れたカナダBC州チリワック市を離れ、日本は長崎の五島列島、福江島に、再度の挑戦を求めて移住の真っ最中です。

３人の息子の母として、チリワック、バンクーバー市を拠点に、靈氣療法施術家としては、靈氣の施術に励み、師範としては、毎月の靈氣クラスを英語で開催。毎年行われる山口忠夫先生主催のバンクーバーセミナーでは、企画と通訳を勤め、ハリファックスでのセミナーでは通訳として２０１１年より毎年参加し、直傳靈氣の更なる活躍に貢献していました。

靈氣を通して、本人や家族はもちろん、多くの方の心や体のケアを続けています。ホスピスでのボランティアとしては、靈氣を通して末期患者さんへの心の平穏と痛みの緩和を進め、家族の方への心のケアをサポートしていました。また、ボランティアとして参加する、自死遺族サポートグループでは、靈氣や音楽（ピアノ）を通して、家族や友人を亡くした方々のアフターケアサポートも行いました。

これから、日本でも、今までの経験を生かし、もっと多くの方のお役に立てるよう、精進していきたいと思います。

 

• １９７１年、父の海外勤務の関係で、カナダ、モントリオールにて生まれるも、２歳で日本へ帰国。

• １９７５年、父（当時３９歳）が他界。本人４歳半。

• 栄養士の資格を持ち、料理研究家である母の実家である、長崎に移り、曾祖母、祖父母、そして、母と
  姉妹３人の生活が始まるが、祖父母、曾祖母、叔父叔母の死を通して、人の命の尊さを幼少から経験する。

• 小中高とピアノに打ち込むと同時に、体操競技も始めた。

• 健康保健体育と人体解剖図に深く興味を持ち、体育学部にて保健体育の教員免許の資格を取得。

• 大手商社に入社し、茶道やウィンドサーフィンに打ち込み、順調な生活を送るも、３年目で母が他界。

• １９９９年、カナダへの渡航、以来、 結婚し３人の子供に恵まれる。

• ２００５年、子供のアトピーがきっかけで、Reikiに出会う。

• ２００６年、直傳靈氣バンクーバーセミナーに参加、山口忠夫先生より初傳奥傳を受講し感銘を受ける。

• ２００７年、山口忠夫先生より直傳靈氣師範格クラス受講、初傳クラスを教え始める。

• ２００７年、イギリスのアマンダ・ジェーン先生の直傳靈氣の英語クラスを受講、英語でのクラスの教え方を学び、以降殆どのクラスは英語で開催している。

• ２００８年、山口忠夫先生より直傳靈氣師範クラス受講、初傳／奥傳クラスを教え始める。以来、直傳靈氣研究会山口忠夫氏主催の、バンクーバーセミナーの企画・通訳を担当。

• ２０１３年５月、直傳靈氣師範格認定資格者としての資格を取得。

• ２００７年より現在まで、自宅に施術所を設置し、毎日３〜４人の方へ、靈氣療法を対面、遠隔によって行う。

• ​２０２３年、２３年過ごしたカナダを離れ、日本にもどり、もう一度人生の冒険に挑戦することに決めました

I am a certified Jikiden Reiki Dai Shihan, senior teacher. Currently, I live in Chilliwack, British Columbia, Canada, and am a mother of three. Based in Chilliwack and Vancouver, I practice Reiki and teach monthly Reiki classes in English. At the annual Vancouver Seminar hosted by Mr. Tadao Yamaguchi, I work as a planner and interpreter and have been participating as an interpreter in the Halifax seminar every year since 2011, contributing to the further growth of Usui Reiki.
 

Through Reiki, I continue to care for the minds and bodies of not only myself and my family but also many others. As a volunteer at hospices, I use Reiki to promote peace of mind and pain relief for terminally ill patients and support families' emotional care. I also provide aftercare support to those who have lost family and friends through suicide as a volunteer in a suicide survivor support group, using Reiki and music (piano).
 

I was born in Montreal, Canada, in 1971 due to my father's overseas assignment, but returned to Japan at the age of two. My father passed away when I was four and a half years old.

My family moved to Nagasaki, my mother's hometown, where I began living with my great-grandmother, grandparents, mother, and two sisters. Through the deaths of my grandparents, great-grandmother, uncles, and aunts, I experienced the value of life from a young age.

While dedicating myself to playing the piano from elementary school through high school, I also started gymnastics. I became deeply interested in health and physical education and human anatomy, obtaining a teaching license in health and physical education at the faculty of physical education.
 

After graduation, I joined a corporation world and devoted myself to studying tea ceremony and windsurfing, leading a successful life until my mother passed away in my third year.
 

• In 1999, I traveled to Canada and have since married and had three children.

• In 2005, I discovered Reiki due to my child's atopic dermatitis.

• In 2006, I participated in the Jikiden Reiki seminar in Vancouver and was impressed by the teachings of Mr. Tadao Yamaguchi after receiving his Shoden and Okuden instructions.

• In 2007, I took the Jikiden Reiki Shihankaku Teacher training course and began teaching the Shoden class.

• In 2007, I took the Jikiden Reiki Master Teacher training course from Amanda Jane in the UK, learned how to teach classes in English, and have held most of my classes in English since then.

• In 2008, I took the Jikiden Reiki Shihan Teacher training course from Mr. Tadao Yamaguchi and began teaching the Shoden and Okuden classes. Since then, I have been responsible for planning and interpreting at the Vancouver Seminar hosted by Mr. Tadao Yamaguchi and the Jikiden Reiki Institute.

• In May 2013, I obtained the qualification of certified Jikiden Reiki Dai Shihan Teacher, the senior teacher certification, and start training teachers.

• In 2023, I decided to relocate myself back to Japan, Nagasaki Goto.
